Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonar Genius service. The service is provided by Sonar Genius ("Sonar Genius", "we", "us"), the legal entity operating under that name. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
1. The service
Sonar Genius reads client email you authorize, structures issues, and syncs them to connected systems. Features may evolve.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only connect mailboxes you are authorized to connect.
- Maintain an accurate client domain allowlist; we only analyze mail exchanged with allowlisted clients.
- Comply with applicable laws, including notifying employees and clients as required.
3. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no use to harass or surveil individuals beyond legitimate account management, no attempts to circumvent allowlist filtering.
4. Orders, fees, and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to submit refund requests via Paddle.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
6. Intellectual property
Sonar Genius retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your plan.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated in your order form. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated outputs are decision support, not a substitute for human judgment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination, access is disabled and your data is deleted on request.
