Sonar Genius reviews correspondence with your client accounts and nothing else. Internal threads and personal messages are never read — by design, not by policy. Filtering happens at ingest, before any content reaches storage or AI.
Sonar Genius can only read. It never sends, replies, edits, or deletes a single message. The integration is granted a read-only scope and cannot be elevated from inside the product.
Your own admin grants access, limited to the exact mailboxes and client accounts you choose — and you can change or revoke it at any time. Every grant and revocation is logged for audit.
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Isolated per organization. Never used to train AI models — all model calls run under zero-retention agreements.
